Kids’ Campfire Cookbook features over 60 versatile recipes for families to cook together outdoors, helping kids to develop practical skills and decision-making abilities.

It’s difficult to beat the taste of something eaten outdoors, especially if it’s been cooked over a campfire. Bangers and beans will always have their place, but there are plenty more easy and nutritious recipes to rustle up outside. From porridge to pancakes, to paellas and pizza, Kids’ Campfire Cookbook is packed with great family recipes to cook over fire or gas.

The book begins with a detailed chapter on the basics of successful camp cooking, from food and equipment lists to fire making, foraging and meal planning. The recipes are then organized by meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Each one has been designed for adults and kids to cook together – and, of course, to be fun, achievable and delicious! There are gorgeous full-colour photographs of finished dishes, and plenty of cooking tips and suggestions for variations throughout.
